Tool Setters are responsible for setting up, starting up and adjusting machines on the production line to ensure they produce quality parts that meet customer specifications. Depending on the machines they work with, they may need to fit and remove interchangeable components like injection moulds. Problem-solving mechanical issues is also part of a Tool Setter's job description.
