Millwrights use a combination of electrical and mechanical skills to install, maintain, assemble and dismantle industrial machinery. They need to be comfortable getting up close and personal with big machines in small spaces. They use a variety of hand and power tools to get their job done.
Millwrights need to be able to work without direct supervision, making this the ideal position for self-motivated workers who take pride in a job well done.
"If you are someone who is willing to work hard, who is willing to think out of the box, who is good at solving problems, becoming a millwright is a good path for you."
